RETURN and exchange Policy

Sparkle Jewellers processes all sales in-store at our physical location. While purchases are not completed through our website, customers may contact us online for inquiries or assistance.

Exchanges are accepted within 14 days from the date of purchase. Items must be unworn, unused, unaltered, unsized, and returned in their original packaging with the original receipt.

The following items are not eligible for exchange:

• Earrings and body jewelry
• Customized or special-order items
• Sized or altered items
• Discounted or final sale items

All sales are final. No refunds.
